4x4 successfully completed its acquisition of 1440 Foods, the former Sports and Active Nutrition division of The Bountiful Company, from KKR and Carlyle
February 2023
4x4 successfully completed its acquisition of Yelloh!, formerly known as Schwan’s Home Delivery
April 2023
1440 Foods issued its first distribution returning majority of invested capital within 18 months of acquisition
May 2023
LG Capital, the family office of Lawrence Guffey, acquired a minority stake in 4x4 Capital
December 2023
4x4 entered into a partnership with Bain Capital Private Equity via a transaction through which Bain acquired a significant stake in 1440 Foods
November 2024
1440 Foods completed its acquisition of FitCrunch, a high growth, chef-inspired and leading brand with strong attributes, velocity and complementary channels
